Our grandparents came from Cyprus to England in the 1950s with very little, but a strong work ethic and determination. Through hard work and long hours, they built their first fish and chip shop — serving generations of customers and building a reputation that's lasted ever since.
Today, that same passion lives on at Skippers.
As a third-generation fish fryer, I'm proud to run this family-run shop alongside my dad — carrying forward everything Skippers stands for: pride in our food, looking after our customers, and doing things properly.
